OUR PRICES REPRESENT GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

We have priced the villa as fairly as we can and the decision is ultimately yours. I’m sure there are cheaper villas out there but be careful because there are some old grotty run-down villas where you certainly don’t want to spend your precious holiday time.

If there are a few of you it just gets even better and better value when you divide the total by the number staying. Certainly it is much lower than staying in a hotel – but look at the advantages – your own home away from home where you can feel much more relaxed.

The villa has a fantastic location with the peace and tranquility, not to mention the sea views! Clean and modern we have everything you need for your stay.

CLEANING FEE

In addition to the weekly price there is a cleaning fee of £95. The villa will be cleaned for your arrival and when you depart. Bed linen is provided as well as 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel & 1 pool towel per person. Beds & towels changed midstay if you book for 2 weeks.

WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

Please let me know as soon as you can and I will hold those dates for you before someone else takes them as we do get new enquiries on a daily basis.

The next step is really very easy and simple – there is nothing for you to do apart from sending a deposit of £250 so we know this is a definite booking as well as filling out our booking form which I would email to you. We then block off our availability calendars, for this reason the initial holding deposit is non-refundable should you subsequently cancel your booking so please be sure before you proceed. Eight weeks before departure the full payment is due.

Then you sit back and relax and eight weeks before your holiday you would send us your payment and we then email you the detailed information pack with info on the villa and how to get the most out of the local area. Once you have made your full payment, this too is non-refundable, as it would be too late for us to rebook the villa.

Discounts considered for longer lets.

Flexible changeover day except in peak times such as June, July, August and September when we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

Additional charge for gas (pay for what you use) in winter months of Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb , Mar & Apr.

 

 

 

 

 

As we get enquiries on a daily basis we recommend strongly that you check our availability calendar first to see if we have space for your required dates.AVAILABILITY

Even if space appears to be available we could still be waiting for a deposit to come in before we block off the calendar.
